Learning the skills of giving and receiving feedback is extremely important, because we constantly work with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures. The training was very useful, because you get to practice these skills in a safe environment with your colleagues and you are guided by a skilled instructor.
Jette explains the content very well and has helpful examples on to improve influencing ability. Jette is clearly a very experienced story teller and she is a engaging presenter.

Jette is persoonlijk, terwijl je haar nog niet goed kent, maar hierdoor stelt ze je heel erg op je gemak. Ze vervult haar rol heel goed. Prettig en duidelijk in de communicatie. 🙂
